1. Protect Your Energy Ruthlessly

✅ Move your body daily to stay energised.
✅ Feed your mind and body with high-quality inputs.
✅ Cut energy vampires from your environment (negative people, draining activities, clutter).

2. Build Focus Rituals

High achievers don’t wait for focus to “happen.” They create it on purpose.

✅ Start your day with clarity: review your goals.
✅ Work in focused sprints (Pomodoro technique: 25 minutes on, 5-minute break).
